Y5 Trip to Macroom Mozzarella

Last Tuesday 16th October, Ms Prendergast and Ms O' Sullivan' 5th year Home Economics students went on their annual Social and Scientific Trip to Macroom Mozzarella. Students were afforded the opportunity to  look at an artisan food plant as an essential part of the Leaving Certificate Home Economics Course. Students explored the buffalo farm and examined the production of cheese, while also tasting the delicious mozzarella!
