The event provided an invaluable platform for students to step into the shoes of diplomats, addressing pressing global issues, and proposing solutions in a real-world setting.

Throughout the 4-day Conference, DCMUN facilitated thought-provoking discussions on a wide array of global issues. Our students actively participated in debates, collaborating with peers from different schools to propose innovative solutions, write resolutions and pass amendments.  This hands-on experience allowed them to hone their public speaking, research, and negotiation skills – essential competencies for future leaders and diplomats.

Participating in Model United Nations conferences plays a pivotal role in broadening students' perspectives on international relations and global affairs. The exposure gained from such events goes beyond traditional classroom learning, instilling in our students a deeper understanding of diplomacy, cooperation, and the complexity of global challenges.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers of the Davis College Model United Nations for hosting this enriching event. Their dedication to providing a platform for students to engage in meaningful discourse contributes significantly to the development of future leaders.

As we celebrate the successes of our KCS MUN delegation, we look forward to continuing our journey in the world of Model United Nations. The skills and experiences gained at events like these are invaluable, preparing our students to be informed, articulate, and globally aware citizens.
