2nd Year Soccer Tournament Raises €500 for the Teretta Foundation

Mr. Abbott organised a fantastic all-day soccer tournament for our 2nd Year students in aid of the Teretta Foundation. The event was a tremendous success, filled with energy, teamwork, and sporting spirit.

After a series of thrilling matches, classes 2A6 and 2A7 met in a tightly contested final. 2A6 emerged victorious thanks to a brilliant goal from Darragh Kelleher. Jamie Murphy was named Player of the Match for his outstanding defensive display, and Sean Lynch, captain of 2A6, proudly accepted the Teretta Cup on behalf of his team.

A sincere thank you to all students who participated, and to the TY students who assisted Mr. Abbott with the organisation and running of the event.

In total, €500 was raised for the Teretta Foundation – a fantastic achievement and a credit to everyone involved. Well done to all!
