World Café on Climate Action: TY Sustainability Team Collaborates with Berlin Students

Members of the TY Sustainability Team took part in a World Café event with visiting students from Französisches Gymnasium in Berlin, to discuss and compare what actions are being taken by each school to combat climate change and biodiversity loss.  The final question of the discussion was to think of ways the schools could collaborate on future sustainability-themed projects. Some of the ideas included creating a joint climate fund for financing climate action, a vegan week, to stop using AI, travelling to each school by boat and train instead of flying and having an eco-competition between the schools such as reducing and/or recycling plastic bottles. Great ideas and a fun time was had by all.
