KCS Choir Performs at Maranatha in Cork City Hall

Members of the KCS Choir recently had the wonderful opportunity to perform at the Maranatha Concert, which took place in the beautiful surroundings of Cork City Hall.

The event brought together school choirs and musicians from across the Diocese of Cork and Ross for an evening of uplifting music, celebration, and community. Our students performed with great confidence and enthusiasm, showcasing their musical talent and representing the school with pride.

Matthew Murphy performed a solo song as well as a duet. His performance was flawless and charismatic, getting the whole audience moving along with him. Martha France played the flute with the musical ensemble made up of professionals and other students. They both truly did the school proud

Taking part in such a large and inspiring event was a fantastic experience for the KCS choir members. Performing in Cork City Hall, one of the city’s most iconic venues made the occasion even more special and memorable for the students.

A huge well done to all members of the KCS Choir for their dedication and hard work in preparing for the performance. Their commitment and passion for music shone through the night.

We would also like to thank the teachers Sinead Brennan and Brian Pentony who accompanied, performed and supported the students and helped make this wonderful opportunity possible.
